Next Generation Leadership Summit 2026
We’re excited to invite students, educators, and emerging professionals to join us for the Next Generation Leadership Summit at the OCP Global Summit on Thursday, October 15, 2026, in San Jose, California.
Following the success of last year’s inaugural event, the Nomad Futurist Foundation is expanding the experience to welcome 150 students, educators, and emerging professionals for a full day focused on career pathways, mentorship, networking, and direct engagement with the leaders shaping the future of digital infrastructure.
While the Foundation’s curated student and emerging professional experience will take place on October 15, attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in the full OCP Global Summit, taking place October 12-15. This provides additional opportunities to explore the conference, connect with industry professionals, discover emerging technologies, and engage with the broader digital infrastructure community.
This year’s Next Generation Leadership Summit will feature expanded programming, including:
🎤 Interactive Leadership Panels: Longer, more engaging sessions followed by breakout discussions where attendees can ask questions, connect directly with speakers, and actively participate in the conversation.
🏢 Guided Expo Hall Experience: A two-hour guided tour in smaller groups, led by industry professionals and curated around attendees’ interests, career goals, and areas of exploration.
Industry Networking: Opportunities to connect with executives, innovators, exhibitors, and fellow future leaders from across the digital infrastructure ecosystem.
🤝 Career & Mentorship Opportunities: Meaningful conversations and connections designed to help students and emerging professionals better understand career pathways and build relationships within the industry.
Student Sponsorship Opportunities
For students and Fellows located outside the San Jose area, the Nomad Futurist Foundation has a limited number of sponsorship opportunities available to support select participants with travel, lodging, and hotel expenses. Sponsorships will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis, with final approval from the Nomad Futurist Foundation Board.
Student sponsorship requests close Sunday, September 6 at 11:59 PM ET. The interest form will remain open after the deadline for local students who do not require travel support and would still like to be considered for participation.
