The DICE United Kingdom, Data Centre Series: UK Investment and Development Conference brings together industry leaders, investors, and developers to explore how to deliver resilient, scalable data centre capacity in an era defined by explosive digital demand, power scarcity, and complex planning constraints. Taking place in London on Thursday, April 23, 2026, the event will dive into the realities of deploying capital into data centre assets amid record demand, rising land prices, and limited grid availability.
Attendees will gain insight into where the next wave of UK data centre development is emerging—from outer London to growing regional hubs—and the strategies being used to overcome land scarcity, planning hurdles, and construction bottlenecks. The conference will also highlight how developers are future-proofing assets through energy-efficient design, renewable integration, and scalable infrastructure, alongside discussions on power procurement, sustainability compliance, and innovations in cooling, on-site generation, and environmental risk management. Real-world case studies from developers and occupiers will bring these challenges and solutions to life.
Aligned with the mission of the Nomad Futurist Foundation, this event underscores the importance of advancing resilient, sustainable digital infrastructure while fostering the next generation of industry talent and innovation.
