DCD>Connect | New York

The Nomad Futurist Foundation is proud to partner once again with DCD>Connect | New York, bringing a strong and visionary leadership delegation to one of the industry’s most influential gatherings shaping the future of digital infrastructure.

A cornerstone of our presence will be the return of our “Powering the Next Generation – Student Workshop.” Designed to bridge industry, innovation, and opportunity, this interactive experience provides a practical pathway into the data center ecosystem for students and emerging professionals. The workshop connects curiosity with clarity, offering insight into real-world career opportunities, mentorship, and actionable steps to enter and thrive in the industry. Students interested in attending are encouraged to register and take advantage of this opportunity to engage directly with leaders shaping the digital economy.

On the main stage, Nomad Futurist Co-Founders Nabeel Mahmood and Phillip Koblence will join the panel discussion, “The AI Digital Workforce: Who Builds, Trains, and Adapts the Talent We Need?” This timely conversation reinforces the Foundation’s mission to ensure the next generation is equipped to build, train, and evolve alongside an AI-driven workforce while highlighting the urgent need for sustainable, scalable talent pipelines.

Joining them in attendance, and some on stage, from the Foundation are Managing Director Phill Lawson-Shanks, Executive Director Kelly Santalucia, Marketing & Program Director Julia Terlizzi, Advisors Santiago Suinaga and Ilissa Miller, and Ambassadors Imran Latif, Allison Boen, Arthur Valhuerdi, Doug Recker, Dave Irek, and Fei Kwong.

For industry professionals, we look forward to connecting on the show floor, sharing insights from the stage, and continuing to build meaningful partnerships that power the next generation of talent.
