Harrison May

Harrison May is a Senior Associate on the Strategy and Development team at Aligned Data Centers, where he works at the intersection of land, energy, and community to help bring new digital infrastructure to life. He uses data-driven analytics to identify promising powered land opportunities, but the work is really about relationships and trust. That means building rapport with landowners, developers, and local stakeholders, listening to community concerns early, and treating responsible, thoughtful development as the measure of a good deal.

Before joining Aligned, Harrison worked in real estate private equity consulting at 3E Management, where he underwrote real estate acquisitions and development opportunities across a variety of asset classes and supported clients with investment analysis and transaction evaluation.

Harrison holds an M.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Auburn University's Harbert College of Business, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
