Dima Bouhadir is a Digital Strategy and Transformation Advisor specialising in data center strategy AI readiness and digital resilience. She is a Computer and Communication Engineer, ATD/ATS certified, and works with governments, regulators, financial institutions, and large enterprises across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia to modernise and future-proof their digital ecosystems.

Her work focuses on AI workload readiness, high-density capacity planning, operational resiliency, and large-scale data center programmes, bridging deep technical insight with executive-level strategy. Dima has partnered with leading institutions and global investors to support data center market entry, migration and investment decision-making.

Beyond her advisory work, Dima is passionate about making the digital infrastructure industry more visible, inclusive, and accessible.
