Daisy Saulls

Daisy Saulls is a workforce development and organizational strategy leader with over a decade of experience building cross-sector partnerships across education, nonprofit, and industry. She specializes in developing talent pipelines that connect students to high-demand fields, particularly in technology and digital infrastructure, through collaboration with K–12 systems, community colleges, and employers.

Daisy is the Founder and President of PATHIRED, a national workforce development initiative focused on strengthening career pathways and expanding access to opportunity. She also serves on the boards of Virginia Career Works and the Loudoun Education Foundation, where she supports efforts to align education systems with evolving workforce needs.

Her background includes leading programs and partnerships across the Americas in the technology sector, where she worked with industry leaders, education partners, and community organizations to develop workforce initiatives, early-career pathways, and employer-aligned training strategies. She brings an industry-informed perspective to building scalable, future-focused pathways that prepare students for high-demand careers while supporting regional economic growth.
