Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing As our Commercial Refrigeration Install Supervisor, you will: Build commercial refrigeration systems from empty shell to full commissioning Install piping, line sets, compressors, valves, controls, electrical components Perform brazing, pressure testing, vacuum testing, and system charging Complete startup and full system commissioning Read refrigeration schematics and blueprints Lead and supervise 2–4 refrigeration installers daily Ensure quality, safety, and installation standards are met This role focuses heavily on commercial refrigeration installation, HVAC/R installation, and system commissioning — not service repair.

Qualifications

Required Experience: 5+ years in commercial refrigeration installation (install-focused, not service tech work) Experience building walk-in coolers, freezer systems, rack systems, or large commercial HVAC/R units Strong brazing, pipefitting, and piping installation skills Ability to interpret refrigeration schematics and mechanical blueprints Previous crew lead, foreman, or supervisor experience preferred This position is based in Phoenix, AZ, near North Phoenix, Pinnacle Peak, Glendale, Tolleson, and the West Valley.
