7×24 So Cal chapter is having an event on Sep 19 in ARUP offices overseeing the downtown LA skyline. This event will be around workforce management for mission-critical infrastructure.

“Bridging the Talent Gap: Where is the Next Generation of Data Center Talent To be Found?”

The growth of new data centers is far outpacing the current talent pipeline and very few academic institutions are providing any real solutions to the challenge, especially around a curriculum that addresses the IT/OT convergence. We’ll take a look at these problems and some of the approaches starting up to begin to address the problem.

The second part will feature an interactive panel discussion.
